These terms apply when you use edgemia.com or contact us through it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. EDGE Miami operates at 114 NE 20th Terrace, Miami, FL 33137.

EDGE Miami is a 21 and over venue. You must be 21 or older to enter the venue, to request a reservation, and to enter any giveaway we run. Valid government issued photo identification is required at the door. Being 21 or older does not by itself guarantee entry.

• Submitting the reservation form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A reservation is only confirmed when a member of our team confirms it with you directly.
• Table service is subject to availability, minimum spend and our house policies, all of which are confirmed with you before your booking is final.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry, and to ask anyone to leave, at our discretion and in line with the law.
• Event details, line ups and opening hours can change. We publish changes as soon as we can but we cannot guarantee a specific artist will perform.

Each giveaway we run has its own Official Rules, published on that giveaway's page, and those rules govern that giveaway. In summary, and without replacing them:

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase does not improve your chances.
• Entrants must be legal residents of the United States and 21 or older.
• Entries must be confirmed by email to count.
• Some actions earn more than one entry. The number of entries each action is worth is stated on the giveaway page and in that giveaway's Official Rules.
• Winners are drawn at random, weighted by the number of entries earned.
• Fraudulent, automated, duplicated or abusive entries are disqualified. That includes creating multiple accounts or using disposable email addresses to inflate entries.
• Prizes are non transferable and there is no cash alternative except at our sole discretion.
• Our giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta, or any other platform.

If you subscribe, you are agreeing to receive marketing email from EDGE Miami. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from EDGE Miami at the number you provide, sent from +1 (833) 678-0627. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, entry or booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. An enquiry through this website is a request for information, not a booking and not a quotation. Any private event is governed by a separate written agreement between you and EDGE Miami, and only that agreement creates a booking.

If you introduce yourself through our talent form, you confirm that what you send is accurate and that you have the right to send us the links and files you provide. Submitting does not create any obligation on our part, does not guarantee a booking opportunity, and does not create an agency, employment or partnership relationship. You keep ownership of your music and your press materials. You give us permission to review them internally and, if we book you, to use your name, performing name, image and promotional materials to promote that booking.

We photograph and film at our events. By entering the venue you consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded, and to EDGE Miami using that material to promote the venue without payment to you. If you would like an image of yourself removed, email info@edgemia.com and we will remove it.

The name EDGE Miami, our logo, and the text, photographs, video and design on this website belong to EDGE Miami or to the people who licensed them to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. You may of course share links to our pages.

• Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Do not submit anything false, misleading, unlawful, or belonging to someone else.
• Do not use the site to send spam or to harvest other people's information.

We may suspend access, remove content, or disqualify entries where these terms are broken.

The site links to other services, including ticketing platforms and social networks. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you are on them.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time. Where information such as an event date, a line up or a prize description turns out to be wrong, we will correct it, and the corrected version applies.

To the fullest extent the law allows, EDGE Miami is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
